4) Developer absorb standard SPA legal fee
5) 60 days from SPA signing:

Type A – Pay 2% of Purchase price (10% due minus 8% rebate)
Type B – No payment (10% due minus 10% rebate)
Type C, D, E – No payment (10% due minus 10% rebate, extra 2% will be taken out of scheduled payment 3)

6) 20:80 Developer Interest Bearing Scheme (DIBS) (Banks to choose from: OCBC, UOB, SCB, RHB and CIMB so far)
Type A – Maximum 80% DIBS
Type B – Maximum 80% DIBS
Type C, D, E – Maximum 78% DIBS (2% rebate deducted as scheduled payment 3)
